Justice Goldstone is Co-Chair of the IBA's Human Rights Institute. He is also a former judge of the Constitutional Court in South Africa. Mark Ellis is the Executive Director of IBA. He works extensively to advance the international rule of law.

In this edition she speaks to Donald Deya and Ashwin Trikamjee about a number of issues which include the SADC Principles and Guidelines for elections. Donald is CEO of the East African Law Society & well known Human Rights Advocate. Ashwin is a leading South African lawyer and former president of the Association of Law Societies in South Africa.
