In
this edition Gugulethu Moyo speaks to Justice Richard Goldstone
and Mark Ellis about the rule of law. Justice Goldstone is Co-Chair
of the IBA's Human Rights Institute. He is also a former judge
of the Constitutional Court in South Africa. Mark Ellis is the
Executive Director of IBA. He works extensively to advance the
international rule of law. |

few weeks before Zimbabwe's Parliamentary polls Gugulethu Moyo
focuses on the elections. In this edition she speaks to Donald
Deya and Ashwin Trikamjee about a number of issues which include
the SADC Principles and Guidelines for elections. Donald is
CEO of the East African Law Society & well known Human Rights
Advocate. Ashwin is a leading South African lawyer and former
president of the Association of Law Societies in South Africa. |
