As Women’s Action
Group we would like to continue urging women to make informed decisions
about their sexual and reproductive health by asserting the right
of women to have control over, decide freely and responsibly on
matters related their sexuality including sexual and reproductive
health free from coercion discrimination and violence.
This includes:
- The right
to safe and satisfying sex.
- The right
to choose a sexual partner.
- The right
to protection from sexually transmitted infections including HIV
and AIDS.
- The right
to access to a full range of contraceptives.
- The right
to access affordable quality health care.
- The right
to sexual and reproductive health information.
- The right
to decide the timing, spacing and number of children.
- The right
to be treated with respect and dignity.
