This document
shows the proposed subdivision of Remainder of STL (Borrowdale West),
the open space between Dandaro, Borrowdale Road, Whitwell Road and
College / Alpes / Teviotdale Roads in Borrowdale, Harare.
This includes
the proposed Mall of Zimbabwe development on 16 hectares in the
top right corner of the total 26 hectares allocated to retail space
(retail space is the light blue). The mall will occupy approximately
the same space as Dandaro.
This is a public
document, and is the usage West Property Company (Pvt) Ltd is working
to in its development of the land, as land owners.
