MDC-T, MKD and
Zanu-Ndonga have today agreed to enter into a Coalition for Change
in order to offer solutions to the problems facing the country.
The coming together of
these parties has been necessitated by the shared commitment to
bring to an end the current hardships confronting Zimbabweans, due
to the failed policies of the past.
The parties have therefore
agreed to:
a) support and campaign
for one Presidential candidate, Morgan Richard Tsvangirai
b) support each other in National Assembly and Local Authority Elections
c) constitute a genuine Government of National Unity after winning
the elections
The Government
of National Unity will be based on the free will of the people,
as opposed to the current forced coalition
government, created after the subversion of the will of the
people in the 2008
Presidential election.
The parties in the coalition
commit themselves to the following National Revival and Real Transformation
Agenda, which is anchored on 5 key pillars.
