(Presidential Election) (No. 2) Notice, 2002
THE Registrar-General
of Elections, in terms of subsection (2) of section 94 of the Electoral
Act [Chapter 2:01], hereby publishes the following
notice:—
1. This notice
may be cited as the Electoral (Presidential Election) (No. 2) Notice,
2002.
2. Voters
rolls shall be regarded as closed with effect from the 27th January,
2002, for the purpose of accepting the registration of voters who
may vote at the election of a President.
3. Section
4 of the Electoral (Presidential Election) Notice, 2002, published
in Statutory Instrument 3A of 2002, is repealed.
