To amend Securities
Act [Chapter 24:25], the Collective Investment Schemes Act [Chapter
24:19] and the Asset Management Act [Chapter 24:26]; and to provide
for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. This Act
may be cited as the Securities Amendment Act, 2013.

by the President and the Parliament of Zimbabwe
