BILL
To apply a sum of money for the service of Zimbabwe during the year
ending on the 31st December, 2013.
ENACTED by the President and the
House of Assembly.
1 Short
title
This Act may
be cited as the Appropriation (2013) Act, 2012.
2 Interpretation
In this Act-
"Estimates of Expenditure" means the Estimates of Expenditure
for the year ending 31st December, 2013, submitted to and passed
by the House of Assembly;
"Vote"
means a vote appropriation for the year ending on the 31st December,
2013, as specified in the Estimates of Expenditure.
3 Consolidated
Revenue Fund charged with US$3 419 729 000
The Consolidated
Revenue Fund is hereby charged with such sums of money as may be
required for the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the
31st December, 2013, not exceeding in aggregate the sum of three
billion, four hundred and nineteen million, seven hundred and twenty-nine
thousand United States dollars.
