A Bill for
AN ACT of Parliament
to facilitate the completion of the review of the Constitution of
Kenya, and for connected purposes
ENACTED by
the Parliament of Kenya as follows:
PART
I — PRELIMINARY
Short title
and commencement. 1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution of
Kenya Review Act, 2008 and shall come into force upon its publication
in the Gazette which shall not be later than fourteen days from
the date of assent.
