His Excellency
the President, in terms of section 2 of the Presidential Powers
(Temporary Measures) Act [Chapter 10:20], hereby makes the following
regulations:

1. This notice may be cited as the Criminal Law (Codification and
Reform) (Standard Scale of Fines) Regulations, 2008.
Standard scale of fines
2. The First Schedule to the Criminal Law Code is repealed and the
following is substituted —
