ACT
To amend the
Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13], the Urban
Councils Act [Chapter 29:15] and the Electoral
Act [Chapter 2:13] (No. 25 of 2004); and to provide for matters
connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
ENACTED by
the President and the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
PART I
PRELIMINARY

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Local Government Laws Amendment Act,
2008.
