ACT
TO amend the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act
[Chapter 10:27] and to provide for matters connected therewith or
incidental thereto.
ENACTED by the President and the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Access to Information and Protection
of Privacy Amendment Act, 2007.
