Control
of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) (Repeal) Order, 2007
SI 153/2007
IT is hereby
notified that the Minister of Industry and International Trade,
has, in terms of section 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export)
(Agriculture) Regulations, 2007, published in Statutory
Instrument 137 of 2007, made the following order:-
1. This order
may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture)
(Repeal) Order, 2007.
2. The Control
of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Order, 2007, published
in Statutory Instrument
138 of 2007, is hereby repealed.
3. For the
avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that the orders specified
in the Schedule are, until they are repealed, still in force.
