Control
of Goods (Price Control) (Amendment) Order, 2007 (No. 11) - SI 142/2007
IT is hereby
notified that the Minister of Industry and International Trade has,
in terms of section 5 of the Control of Goods (Price Control) Regulations,
2001. published in Statutory Instrument 334 of 2001, made the following
order:-
1. This order
may be cited as the Control of Goods (Price Control) (Amendment)
Order, 2007 (No. 11).
2. Section
2 ("Interpretation") of the Control of Goods (Price Control)
Order, 2003, published in Statutory Instrument 125 of 2003 ((hereinafter
referred to as "the principal order"), is amended by the
repeal of "base date" and the substitution of —
"base
date" means the 18th of June, 2007;".
