Control
of Goods (Price Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 (No. 2) -
SI 141/2007
IT is hereby
notified that the His Excellency the President has, in terms of
section 3 of the Control of Goods Act [Chapter 14:05] made the following
regulations:-
1. These regulations
may be cited as the Control of Goods (Price Control) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2007 (No. 2)
2. The First
Schedule to the Control of Goods (Price Control) Regulations, 2001.
published in Statutory Instrument 334 of 2001, is amended by the
addition of item 8—
"8.
Any other commodity of any description whatsoever, and any services
relating to the distribution, disposal, purchase and sale or such
commodities.".
