Criminal
Procedure and Evidence Amendment Act, 2006
ACT
To amend the Criminal Procedure and Evidence
Act [Chapter 8:07], section 51 of the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter
7:10], the Stock Theft Prevention Act [Chapter 9:18], the Criminal
Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23] and section 82
of the Legal Practitioners Act [Chapter 27:07]; and to provide for
matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
ENACTED by
the President and the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
