It is hereby notified
that the Presidents of the Labour Court have, in terms of section 90(3)
of the Labour Court Act [Chapter 28:01] and with the approval of the Chief
Justice and the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs,
made the following rules:—
PART I
PRELIMINARY
Title
1. These rules may be cited as the Labour Court Rules, 2006.
Application
2. These rules shall apply to all proceedings in the Labour Court, including,
so far as is practicable, proceedings pending on the date of commencement
of these rules.
