APPROPRIATION
(SUPPLEMENTARY) (2005)
DIRECTED
TO BE BROUGHT IN BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BILL
To apply a further
sum of money for the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the
31st December 2005.
ENACTED by the President
and the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
1 Short title
This Act may be cited
as the Appropriation (Supplementary) Act, 2005.
2 Consolidated
Revenue Fund charged with $3 378 000 000 000
The Consolidated Revenue
Fund is hereby charged with such sums of money as may be required for
the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the 31st December 2005,
not exceeding in aggregate the sum of three trillion, three hundred and
seventy eight billion dollars.
3 Application of
moneys granted
Subject to section
(5) of section 24 of the Audit and Exchequer Act [Chapter 22:03], the
moneys appropriated by section two shall be applied to the services detailed
in the Schedule and more particularly specified in the Supplementary Estimates
of Expenditure for the year ending on the 31st December, 2005, submitted
to and passed by Parliament.
