ACT
To
establish the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission and provide for its functions;
to amend the Referendums Act [Chapter2:10] (Act No. 24 of 1999);
and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
ENACTED by the President and the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
