Read the NGO Bill
Read the Parliamentary Legal Committee's adverse report
Read the report by the Portfolio Committee
Read Amendments to the NGO Bill agreed to by Parliament during the Bill's second reading

Please note these are the amendments tabled by the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare and by the Hon. Ms Mpariwa in her capacity as Acting Chairperson of the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare based on the report of that Committee tabled in Parliament.

There were also amendments tabled by the Hon. David Coltart but they have not been included as they are covered in substance by the amendments introduced by the portfolio committee and duplicate amendments are likely to be withdrawn.
