Instrument 96 of 1989 - Welfare Organizations
(Exclusion of Bodies, Associations and Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations,
1989 (No. 1)

IT is hereby notified
that the Minister of Labour, Manpower Planning and Social Welfare has,
in terms of section 26 of the Welfare Organizations Act [Chapter 93],
made the following regulations:-
1. These regulations
may be cited as the Welfare Organizations (Exclusion of Bodies, Associations
and Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations, 1989 (No. 1),
2. The Schedule to
the Welfare Organisations (Exclusion of Bodies. Associations and Institutions)
Regulations, 1987, published in Statutory Instrument 171 of 1987, is amended
by the insertion of the following item-
"8. Any body, body,
association or institution known as the International Affairs Association
of Zimbabwe".
