IT is hereby notified
that the Senior President, in terms of section 91 of the Labour
Act [Chapter 28:01], as read, 2012 together with rule 5(2) of the
Labour Court Rules, 2006, has directed that the sittings and the
vacations of the Labour Court during the year 2012 shall be as specified
in the Schedule.
