Bulletin of Zimbabwean Law set to make a welcome return
Legal Resources Foundation (LRF)
June 04, 2003

Between 1988 and 1996, the Legal Resources Foundation published the Bulletin of Zimbabwean Law, which was a digest of legislation, judicial decisions and other legal developments in Zimbabwe. It was published three times a year and was designed to be of use to practising lawyers, academics, financial institutions, students and anyone else who needed to keep abreast of developments in Zimbabwean law.

When publication ceased in 1996, many people contacted the LRF asking us to revive the Bulletin. Now we are going to do so.

We propose to distribute the Bulletin every month to subscribers by e-mail, and to produce a consolidated print version with an index at regular intervals. We will try to keep the cost down as much as possible, but this will depend on the number of subscriptions. The more subscriptions we get, the less the unit cost will be.

Please help us:

To help us decide how to proceed, please will you answer the following questions:

  • Would you or your firm be willing to subscribe to the new Bulletin? Yes/No
  • If so, how many copies of the printed Bulletin would you like to receive?
  • Could you receive copies of the Bulletin by e-mail? Yes/No
  • Would you prefer the printed Bulletin:
  • To be produced three times a year, with an annual index? Yes/No
  • To be produced once a year, together with an index? Yes/No
  • Would you be interested in purchasing the unprinted back issues (1997 to 2002)? Yes/No
  • Any other comments you would like to make.
