Zimbabwean technology site Techzim has been nominated as a finalist for the Telkom-Highway Africa New Media Awards Best ICT Blog Category.

The Awards Ceremony will be held during the 17th Edition of the Highway Africa Conference on the evening of the 2nd of September.

This is a prestigious award on the continent that rewards innovative use of Information Communication technologies (ICTs) in journalism that serves Africa and its citizens.

Limbikani Makani’s site leads commentary on technological issues in Zimbabwe.

Also up for an award is Zimbabwean conversationalist @263Chat.
