Suspension of the production of the Monthly Political Violence Reports
Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum

Please be advised that the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum (the Forum) is in the process of updating its statistics on politically motivated violence for the year 2008 and for the 1st half of 2009. This has been necessitated by the fact that the Forum, through its partners, has continued to receive new cases from 2008 that were previously unrecorded. The Forum has therefore resolved to suspend the production of the Monthly Political Violence Reports and resume such production once the statistics have been reconciled.

The Forum will report cases of politically motivated violence that are occurring during this period of interruption once this update process has been completed. The Forum regrets any inconvenience caused as a result of this process.
