PADARE/Enkundleni Men's Forum on Gender On Worlds Aids Day
Padare/Enkundleni/Men's Forum on Gender
December 01, 2009

Padare Enkundleni Men's Forum on Gender joins the World and the Nation in commemorating the World Aids Day under the theme 'Human Rights and Access To Treatment '.

The World Aids Day is celebrated every 1st of December to show raising awareness of HIV/Aids to show solidarity to the affected and infected members of our society.

Padare/Enkundleni Men's Forum on gender is an anti sexist organization for men founded in 1995 with the aim of combating violence against women and girls. Our niche is the involvement of men in the fight to end violence against women.

Padare continues to engage men in the communities in the fight against HIV/AIDS and some of the initiatives include among others providing palliative care in Mabvuku and other surrounding areas.

Padare is involved in Treatment literacy campaigns in 36 districts across the country across the country. More so we have men in Chitungwiza who are volunteering in providing home based care to their friends, relatives and colleagues in the community as we believe nothing can stop a man form doing the same work that has been done by women over the years.

We believe that an end to sexual abuse will in a way reduce the spread of .Padare encourages Men to remain faithful to their partners and be loving to their wives for the good of this country.

We make a clarion call to the government of the day to provide adequate medication and treatment to all.

Together we create an HIV Free Generation
