    A) Polling station

    1. Sealing of (four) 4 ballot boxes, i.e. Presidential, Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council,
    2. Voting by electorate,
    3. Verification and counting of votes for the four elections, i.e. the Presidential, Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council, at close of poll,
    4. Results of the 4 elections are displayed outside the polling station,
    5. Candidates or their representatives are encouraged to be present throughout the process,
    6. The 4 election results are taken to the Ward Collation Centre.

    B) Ward collation centre

    1. Results from all Polling Stations in a Ward are collated (added together), i.e. Presidential, Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council,
    2. Postal ballot is opened and votes thereof are assigned to respective candidates, i.e. Council, House of Assembly, Senatorial and Presidential candidates,
    3. Forms that summarize each of the 4 elections i.e. Presidential, Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council candidates are filled in and displayed outside,
    4. Winner of the Council election for that Ward is declared,
    5. Copy of Council election results is displayed outside the Ward Collation Centre,
    6. Candidates or their representatives are encouraged to be present throughout the process,
    7. Results of the Presidential, Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council elections are taken to House of Assembly Constituency Command/Collation Centre.

    C) House of Assembly collation centre

    1. House of Assembly results from all Wards in the House of Assembly Constituency are collated,
    2. Summation of Presidential and Senatorial results,
    3. The winner for that House of Assembly Constituency is declared,
    4. Copy of the House of Assembly Constituency election results is displayed outside,
    5. Presidential, Senatorial and Council results are displayed outside,
    6. Candidates or their representatives are encouraged to be present throughout the process,
    7. Presidential, Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council election results are sent to the Senatorial Constituency Command/Collation Centre.

    D) Senatorial collation centre

    1. Senatorial results from all the House of Assembly Constituencies are collated,
    2. Summation of Presidential results,
    3. The winner of that Senatorial Constituency is declared,
    4. Copy of the Senatorial election results is displayed outside,
    5. Presidential, House of Assembly and Council election results are displayed outside,
    6. Candidates or representatives are encouraged to be present throughout the process,
    7. Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council election results are sent to the National Command Centre through the Provincial Command Centre for announcement to the public,
    8. Presidential election results are sent to the National Command/Collation Centre through the Provincial Command Centre.

    E) National collation centre

    1. Presidential election results from all the House of Assembly Constituencies are collated,
    2. The winner of the Presidential election is declared,
    3. Copy of the Presidential election results is displayed outside,
    4. Senatorial, House of Assembly and Council election results are displayed outside,
    5. Candidates or their representatives are encouraged to be present throughout the process,
    6. Senatorial and House of Assembly election results are announced to inform the public.
