The Zimbabwe
Election Support Network (ZESN), a coalition of 36 non-governmental
organisations is going to operate Provincial Command Centres in
various provinces and a National Command Centre for the Urban Council
Elections, Harare and Makonde Parliamentary By-Elections at the
ZESN secretariat starting from the 29th of August to
the 1st of September 2003.
The command
centres will be there to receive enquiries and any reports on election
related matters e.g. incidents of political violence or any electoral
irregularities.
