Notice
to appear in High Court
Please be advised
that people are starting to receive notices to appear in the High
Court. First date heard of so far is March 07, 2002.
Only if
you have received one of these notices, please contact ZLHR
urgently with the following:
- Name
- Contact number
- Case number
- Court date
and time
- City/Town
if not Harare
- Be prepared
to provide info on:
- Date of
Perm Residence
- Date of
citizenship certificate
- Date and
Place of Birth
- Constituency
ZLHR will prepare
the heads of argument on your behalf. Please make an effort to be
at the court hearing to answer questions which may be directed at
you.
Awaiting notice to appear in High Court
For the rest
of you who have been through magistrate's court hearings AND secured
referrals to the High Court, but have not yet received notice of
a High Court date, please do as follows:
Email/Fax/Write
to ZLHR providing the following in preparation:
- Name
- Contact number
- Case Number
- Court date
and time
- City/Town
if not Harare
- Pertinent
details of Date of Perm Residence, Citizenship certificates etc
