David Mushawani, Beven Nyamande, Ernest Makoni and Duncan Mombeshora. Trial in the case has been postponed to the 9th of May as state witnesses fail to turn up.

Masvingo Magistrate Court Five Great Zimbabwe University students are facing charges of assault and malicious damage to property. Zivanai Muzorodzi, Arnold Batirai, Godfrey Kurauone, Brighton Ramusi and Gamuchirai Mukura. Trial is postponed to the 12th of May due to the numerous unresolved cases at the court.

Bulawayo Magistrate Court. Four National University of Science and Technology (NUST) students are facing charges of participating in an illegal gathering with intentions of causing public violence. David Mushawani, Beven Nyamande, Ernest Makoni and Duncan Mombeshora. The case has been further remanded to the 23rd of May.

Masvingo Magistrate Court Three Masvingo Polytechnic students are facing charges of contravening Section 33 of Sub Section 2 Paragraph A proviso 1 of the Criminal Law and Codification and Reform Act 9:23. Monalisa Katsaruware, Desire Chikwanda and Nyasha Chaminuka. The case is postponed to the 12th of May to allow the area prosecutor to assess the docket.

Masvingo Magistrate Court Three Masvingo Polytechnic students are facing charges of contravening Section 33 of Sub Section 2 Paragraph A proviso 1 of the Criminal Law and Codification and Reform Act 9:23. Monalisa Katsaruware, Desire Chikwanda and Nyasha Chaminuka. Their application for removal of remand is granted. The state was ordered to proceed by way of summons. An order to return their laptops was dismissed.

David Mushawani, Beven Nyamande, Ernest Makoni and Duncan Mombeshora. Trial for the case has been postponed to the 9th of June after the state prosecutor failed to turn up.
