Court orders arrest of MDC-T leader's lawyers

Bhunu has ordered the arrest of lawyers representing Mr. Morgan
Tsvangirai, for attacks on Judiciary, after the Constitutional Court
dismissed, with costs, the MDC-T leader’s application
which sought to compel the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission to release
election material
used in the 2013 harmonised election. The MDC-T was reported
to have said Zimbabwe’s judiciary is an appendage of Zanu-PF.
Mr. Tsvangirai was represented by Advocate Lewis Uriri as lead counsel
and Mr. Chris Mhike of Atherstone and Cook was the instructing attorney.
