NCA activist further remanded
National Constitutional Assembly (NCA)

National Constitutional Assembly (NCA) activist and Platform for Youth Development Coordinator Claris Madhuku was further remanded out of custody when he appeared before a Chisumbanje Magistrate Court today.

The case was further remanded after the state witness failed to turn up during the court proceedings.

Madhuku is set to appear in court on the 11th of July 2011.

Madhuku was arrested on the 15th of April 2011, while facilitating a meeting at the United Church of Christ in Zimbabwe (UCCZ) in Rimbi area in Chipinge South which was organized by (PYD) and detained at Chisumbanje Police Station.
