Maguwu to appear in court on Wednesday
Crisis
in Zimbabwe Coalition
June 28, 2010
The Harare magistrate
court last week postponed the bail application hearing of CRD
director Farai Maguwu to Wednesday 30 June 2010.
Magistrate Donald Ndirowei
remanded Maguwu in custody on the bases that the state needed more
time to carry out investigations. Maguwu is locked up at Harare
Remand Prison Hospital where his health continues to deteriorate.
Maguwu's lawyer Tinoziva Bere yesterday told the daily catalyst
that Maguwu developed an abdominal pain last week and the hospital
doctors have since failed to give him proper medical attention.
