Note: The Privileges Committee consisted of:

  • 3 ZanuPF nominees - Paul Mangwana (Chairman), Chief Mangwende and Joyce Mujuru - plus
  • 2 MDC - Prof Welshman Ncube and Tendai Biti.

Voting was to adopt the Report, including most importantly the recommended sentence: 15 months in prison with labour, 3 months suspended on condition of good behaviour.
