Statement on the death of Dr. Eddison Jonas Mudadirwa Zvobgo
MISA-Zimbabwe

The National Governing Council, members and staff of MISA-Zimbabwe take this time to express our heartfelt condolences to the Zvobgo family over the passing away of Dr Eddison Zvobgo.

We take this time to thank the Zvobgo family for giving Zimbabwe and Africa a gallant son, Dr Zvobgo. He not only sacrificed his life for the cause of our freedom from colonial bondage, but remained committed to the principles of freedom which he defended unto death.

We thank him for his open door policy to all Zimbabweans and showing the way on what leadership, democracy and nation building is all about.

His death is a loss to all peace and freedom loving Zimbabweans.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
