Government's proposed amendments to the Electoral Act

The proposed amendments to the Electoral Act were moved by the Minister for Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Patrick Chinamasa, as an amendment to the General Laws Amendment Bill at its Committee stage in the House on Wed December 05, 2001, together with amendments to the Land Acquisition Act and Rural Land Occupiers (Protection from Eviction) Act.
