ZLHR is embarking upon compiling a database on persons who are experiencing problems applying for passports, identity documents and birth certificates arising from uncertainty as to their citizenship status.

The manner of compiling the information is by way of a questionnaire. If you would like to participate in this exercise, download and complete the questionnaire using one of the following options.
