director acquitted Platform for Youth Development PYD is proud that justice has finally prevailed at the Chipinge Court, as Claris Madhuku has been set free. Madhuku who has been attending Chipinge court for a record 14 times walked out of the courtroom a free man vowing to take his struggle for justice to another level. Chipinge Magistrate, Vusumuzo Gapara ruled that Madhuku had no case and therefore free to go home. During the morning the Magistrate had told Madhuku to come at 1400hrs for judgment raising fears that the case was set for another postponement. When Madhuku finally came at 1400hrs the Magistrate took time to pass his judgment coming into the courtroom at exactly 15:30 to deliver justice to Madhuku.
