Describe yourself in five words.
Shy, talkative, I love creating things, but then I get bored. Intuitive, and impulsive.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Be yourself.

What's the most ridiculous thing you've ever done?
Bungee jumped off Vic Falls Bridge, and then had to be in wheel chair.

What is your most treasured possession?
A '35 Massey Ferguson tractor.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
Loneliness. A long time of loneliness.

Do you have any strange hobbies?
I weld, and I farmed ostriches once.

What do you dislike most about your appearance?
That I'm overweight, even though I go on so many diets, but in the end I say that's just the way I'm going to be.

What is your greatest extravagance?
I collect coins and stamps. At one time I collected show chickens, and I bought a special pheasant and it cost a fortune, about US3000. That was quite extravagant considering that it died a week later.

What have you got in your fridge?
I get up at half past five in the morning and I bake all the cakes for my café so what's in my fridge now is all the ingredients for my baking.

What is your greatest fear?
Probably being alone. I'm a twin, and it's got something to do with that.

What have you got in your pockets right now?
I did have a hammer and a screwdriver, but right now I don't have anything.

What is your favourite journey?
To Kariba and back. It's just Zimbabwe, there's no other place like it. Who else has a big dam with lots of dead trees in it?

Who are your heroes in real life?
A lot of them have disillusioned me of late. Politically Maggie Thatcher. I think she was very tough and she stood her ground. I think Mother Theresa was amazing, from a humanitarian point of view.

When and where were you happiest?
On the farm, I was born on the farm.

What's your biggest vice?
I think communication. I'm not great at communication. If I can duck out, I will. I'm not a great people person.

What were you like at school?
Naughty. Leader of the gang.

What are you doing next?
I'm going home to finish painting the kitchen and the scullery.
