Describe yourself in five words?
Hardworking. Critical. Honest. Patient. Accurate.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
It comes from Stewart Musiyiwa, our director. He has taught us that there is a solution for everything.

What's the most ridiculous thing you've ever done?
I will not comment on that.

What is your most treasured possession?
My family and my car, those are things I treasure the most.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
I think when people have got no food, you feel so miserable.

Do you have any strange hobbies?
Not really no.

What do you dislike most about your appearance?
I'm a bit short.

What is your greatest extravagance?
When I'm driving, at times I go at top speed.

What have you got in your fridge?
I can't speak about that.

What is your greatest fear?
Being arrested. Putting someone behind bars it's quite scary. I know that with the kind of profession (journalism) that I'm in, it can happen to me, but I'm so scared of that.

What have you got in your pockets right now?
Only money and keys.

What is your favourite journey?
Travelling to my rural area in Seke.

Who are your heroes in real life?
The person I admired most was the late Masipula Sithole. For the one year that I was at the University he was my political science lecturer. He opened up my political mind.

When and where were you happiest?
When I had my first child, I was very happy.

What's your biggest vice?
We can skip that.

What were you like at school?
There were two phases, at primary school in the rural areas, I was very talkative. I looked intelligent. But when I went to high school where there were so many whites and coloureds, I felt inferior. That's when I became very quiet.

What are you doing next?
I want to go for a Masters programme in Development studies. I'm looking for a scholarship.
