Describe
yourself in five words?
God fearing, inspirational, powerful, demanding work wise,
very loving.
What's
the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Fear God, have faith and believe in yourself.
What's
the most ridiculous thing you've ever done?
I swore on National Television. That was five or six years
ago. You don't even want to know what I said.
What
is your most treasured possession?
God. He's a treasure.
What
do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
Committing suicide.
Do you
have any strange hobbies?
Closing myself away and crying, because we artists are
the most emotional people under the sun. We are happy out there
but when it comes to reality, when I come into my house then I cry.
I think I am the most hurt person.
What
do you dislike most about your appearance?
Nothing coz I am created in Gods image. I am happy about
who I am and I'm really really grateful for who I am.
What
is your greatest extravagance?
Me.
What
have you got in your fridge?
I don't own a fridge. But if I had a fridge what
I would have is cheese, milk, and a lot of bread. I don't
eat flesh so maybe I would have prawns.
What
is your greatest fear?
Meeting Jehovah on judgment day.
What
have you got in your pockets right now?
Nothing, absolutely nothing.
What
would be your favourite journey?
Going to the Grammy awards and standing there representing
Zimbabwe. And being told you are the best artist that has ever come
from Africa, and being given a Grammy award.
Who
are your heroes in real life?
Jesus Christ, Joshua Mqabuko ka Nyongolo Nkomo, umama uMqabuko
- she is my (s)hero -and anybody who's fought for anything
that has brought good for anybody in life. Anybody who has made
a difference in life; those are the people that I would say have
been my heroes.
When
and where were you happiest?
When I'm praying and when I'm meditating on
the word of God; when I'm with God spiritually. Also when
I'm around people and when I'm on stage.
What's
your biggest vice?
I am straight up, up front. I deal with reality as it is.
I don't compromise. I call a spade for what it is.
What
were you like at school?
Crazy, open-minded and I spoke my mind always. I was in
theatre, drama.
