NANGO seeks participant information for 2004 directory and revamped website

To whom it may concern,

As we are in the middle of a new season the National Association of Non-Governmental Organisations (NANGO) is about to compile a new NGO – Directory. In addition, we would like to launch a better and more informative NANGO – Website.

In order to achieve these goals with the best possible result we need your help. First time we asked you to fill out the forms to get more information and you have already done this. But to be sure if the lists are completely right we need some more information. We are therefore kindly asking you to provide us with the following information, should you want to be put in the 2004 NGO directory. If you have already done so, may you please check with our offices to validate the information:

  • Full name of the organisation
  • Registration number (PVO) / Trust deed number
  • Mission statement
  • Areas of operation e.g. Mutare, Mutoko ( we need the precisely geographical position )
  • Date registered
  • Sector focus e.g. Children, Youth, human rights etc
  • Full contact details (Postal and physical address, phone, fax, email, website)
  • Indicate whether it this local or international NGO

May you kindly post / email the above information to NANGO by November 20th !
